Meloscope 06/10/10

So as karma goes, the world always challenges us. So my cat is really sick and he is gonna be put down. Its unfortunate but I will take my own words that I spoke to you and be happy for the long 15 years I had him and say goodbye this morning before work because his expiry date has come up. Which brings me to my subject of the day, being an example for others. We cant always be the right example sometimes we are the example of what not to do but in the end we are just living. Human nature takes over logic thinking sometimes and we will be blinded. People for instance who want to hold on to a cat and think they will be able to heal their 25 year old cat. A lot of people have children and are afraid the life they are leading could be a reflection of what they saw in their parents. And most likely it is but also they see other people. Parents are not the only people to shape a child. Humans shape other humans. My professor once said "Things you read, things you hear and people you meet are the only elements that change you." I believe this but because its not as literal as I like it I will say whatever element, object, or human being that comes in contact with one of your 5 senses will change you. So if you live your whole life in a box you will know nothing outside of it. Today's objective is to become aware of the things you say to people and reflect on how you might of changed/shaped that person today with only words. While you work today or go to the mall (because its going to rain again I think) By the end of the day you should realize that just one person has a lot of an effect of the world, and that is happening all day and night with the entire human race across the globe. We somehow harmoniously shape the world and continue on. So if you ever feel as if you were a bad example. We must have a little bad to show a little good. Because with only good we would know nothing of bad to be able to know the difference.
